The three outdoor heated pools, whirlpool and complementary lounge chairs and umbrellas complete the Club membership experience picture.  Members shade themselves underneath one of the many poolside umbrellas; enjoy poolside snacks or suntan on one of more than 250 chaise lounges.  Adults, families and kids alike readily enjoy recreational or lap swimming in the 25 meter “Big” pool while others raise their heart rate in the 25 yard “Lap” pool.  The playful children’s Activity Pool with streaming water features designated for our very youngest members put the finishing touch on the pool experience.

Swim Lessons

Our highly qualified instructors teach the most current and up to date swim techniques and skills for children and adults of all ages.  Private, semi private and group lessons are tailored to the individual swimmer’s strengths, interests, goals and learning pace.  Flexible scheduling is available Monday through Saturday.  Register at the Club desk or call (510) 549-8517, x 240

Otter Swim Team

The Otters aim for an atmosphere of fun, stroke development, discipline and competition preparation.  Swimmers of all abilities are welcome to participate seasonally.

Masters Swimming

“There is a lane for anyone and everyone” touts the Masters Swim coach.  Masters is ideal for swimmers who like to stay fit, push themselves further, improve upon all four swimming strokes and enjoy group camaraderie.  For swimmers age 18 and up.

Aqua Aerobics

 This vigorous and refreshing class combines movements in shallow and deep water for strength, toning and cardiovascular training, using the natural buoyancy and resistance of water. (Part of Group Exercise schedule)
