Join us for an afternoon of rest, relaxation and renewal. Therapeutic Yoga creates a deeply rejuvenating experience through gentle yoga practices which support us to let go and to move into stillness through the layers of the body, emotions and thoughts. In this deep letting go, we reach a place of calm and repose that allows the innate intelligence of the body to restore and nourish balance and well-being. We return to our natural state of ease and peacefulness.
This 2 hour workshop includes gentle yoga stretching, restorative yoga, breath work and guided meditation. Open to all levels of yoga experience, beginners are welcome.
