About the workshop

The most repetitive stress is done with your face - thinking, feeling, emoting, clenching, grinding, or holding it in. Add to that head injuries - even since childhood - and there's more going on in the face than you can imagine.

These forces etch themselves on our face, pulling facial tissue and cranial bones. They lead to chronic challenges such as headaches, migraines, TMJ, hearing loss, poor sleep, and degrading eyesight. Add in sagging of muscles from bone loss and the drop of our neck and head as we age, and it's not what we hope for.

As well, women’s bones deteriorate faster than men’s, which causes the muscles attached to sag.  This self-facial will plump up those muscles again and give you a more youthful glow!

Join us and explore this unparalleled practice to open deep tension, address issues of the cranium, lift and free your neck, and give yourself a great night's sleep, all in one practice that you can do IN BED!  It will give you a new way to end, or start, the day!

About the Instructor

Nikki Jordan integrates her knowledge and practices, offering you many pathways on the road to great health. She listens to your problems and tailors any combination of training, self-study, bodywork, detoxification, or cellular support you need and are willing to follow, or at least try.

Nikki is an E-RYT 500 & Piedmont Yoga Studio trained yoga teacher, IIR-certified reflexologist, Thai yoga & detox practitioner, energy healer, and wellness consultant. She studies directly with Yamuna and is the only instructor certified in the combination of Yamuna® Yoga, Body Rolling, Foot Fitness, and Face Ball in the San Francisco Bay Area.

She offers both active and passive healing methods; her active programs train you in easy and effective ways to realign, de-stress, and decompress body, mind, and spirit. These access the amazing vertical integration of the body, re-pattern the neuro-muscular system, and realign the chakras.

Her passive healing methods follow the theory of the ecosystem of the cell, and are designed to get you healing while you do what you do anyhow – which is absolutely essential to regular cellular vitality

Whether in class or in private, Nikki strives to bring her clients and students to a new level of awareness that they can tap into every day.

Nikki’s roots are in the Northeast, but she has been a California “native” for 25 years. She was originally educated at some of the top schools in the U.S. in Chemistry, Engineering, and Business, focusing her MBA in for-profit and non-profit issues relate to social and environmental issues.
