5 Weeks to Personal Excellence!

Are you ready to begin the New Year in a healthy way? Jump Start the New Year to the Best You! Wellness Coaches Sandra Linke and Caroline Marringa will guide you towards Personal Excellence in a 5-week program.

5 weeks, 10 sessions! Tuesdays and Friday starting Tuesday, January 13th through Friday, February, 20th
Members Only: $350/person

Food, Fitness and Feelings shape our body and soul. Discover a more balanced approach for your body and lifestyle in a supportive, fun, energetic environment!

Your 5-Week Program is comprised of:

2 Weekly Fitness Classes Tuesdays 6:00-6:50pm and Fridays 7:00-7:50am.

Each week will have a different emphasis and will include:

  1. Efficiency of Fat Burning (with cardio and total body conditioning routines).
  2. “Adding in Balance”, balance, strength, flexibility and stillness.
  3. BOSU, BALL AND BAND workout.
  4. HIIT the Floor!  Experience the efficiency of high intensity interval training. 
  5. Putting it all Together!
  • Nutritional Guidelines and focus of the week
  • The support of your coaches and the power of accountability in the Buddy System
  • Gift bag including fitness, wellness and nutritional products to use during and after your program!

Minimum of 10 participants required to hold the program. Open to all levels, ages 16 and older. Not appropriate for individuals with chronic or serious health conditions. Register by Monday, January 5th by email at fitness@claremont-hotel.com
