About the workshop
This workshop will help participants dial in their efforts for their current fitness level and get them going on the basics of training with wattage. The basic training concepts of Functional Threshold Power and Training Zones will be part of our common language as we create a power-based training program.
By the end of the Workshop, participants will:
- Assimilate the basics of Training with Power (wattage)
- Establish a wattage number that corresponds to Lactate Threshold (FTP)
- Become familiar with 7 ZONES of power-based training.
- Have a practice ride covering the 7 zones of FTP training
