Meritage at The Claremont
After an extensive hotel and restaurant renovation, The Claremont Hotel, Club & Spa is proud to re-open Jordan’s as a new culinary destination, Meritage at The Claremont, blending a world-class wine program with seasonal, contemporary California cuisine. Under the direction of new Executive Chef Josh Thomsen, Meritage is a place for wine and food exploration offering both small and large plates and a variety of wines available by the taste, glass or bottle. Complementing this exciting concept is a completely redesigned dining space that makes Meritage a place for the grandest of fetes or the most casual of dinners.
